Georgi’s Story
Georgina Englishby was born in London
England, she moved to Massachusetts in
2013 with her family. She originally worked
as project manager in the public and
charitable sector in London.
She started running to lose weight and
relieve stress. Over the period of ten years
she fell in love with fitness and the way it
improved her mental and physical well-
being. After relocating to Easton, MA she
embarked on a change of career and
became a personal trainer. She has been
training at the YMCA for five years with a
specialty of mind-body training. She believes
that change comes from the mind first then
the body follows. She has a great sense of
humor and laughs at herself frequently.
Georgina has a proven track record of
successfully working with people of varying
levels of fitness and function. She currently
works with an array of clients who have
varying needs including special needs,
seniors, obesity and functionality problems.
She works closely with people who have
injuries, weight and health concerns,
personal or physical trauma.
She currently also trains at senior and
memory care centers and Special needs day
centers.
She loves her job and is dedicated in seeing
the positive change for her clients and is
rewarded every day through their
achievements.
