Georgi’s space meets people at their current level of health, fitness and ability. Our vision: To improve people’s health both physically and mentally. To provide training that helps clients connect with their body. To use different forms of strength-building: varying modems of movement Walking, Jogging, Running, Dance, Pilates, Swimming, Yoga, Weights, Balls, Bands and Barres. Individually tailored training which can change depending on CLIENT ABILITY, needs, limitations and mood. To talk about lifestyles and habits and ways to create conscious and long-lasting change. CLIENTS leave their sessions with a sense of satisfaction of working towards and achieving personal goals. To overcome limitations and reach your true potential. To teach relaxation and meditation techniques that help with reducing stress and anxiety and increasing positive self-refection.
Life Coaching
My life coaching technique is individual to you, based upon your story, your experiences, and unpacking that story in order to make beneficial change for the future. Dare to dream for the future. Don’t say “can’t,” ask “how?”

I train people to run couch to 5Ks and half marathons. I can help improve your swimming technique or work towards a triathlon.
