“Just over 2 years ago I began to train with Georgi. To this day, we still train at least once a week. Her methods changed my approach to exercise. That is one of the reasons I still train with her. Being over 50 I have developed many preconceived notions to exercise. Now, my approach is completely different. Just some examples: 1) Stretching - had not done this in years. Now, I stretch 5 days a week. 2) Yoga - never knew this was such a beneficial workout. 3) HIT training - I had only "heard" of this. Now, I believe that it is a great way to build up the strength of your heart and lungs. All of the above have allowed me to move and feel better daily. I could go on, but, simply put working out with Georgi changed my life. She is FANTASTIC !!! Not only have I been training with her, but my fiance and step daughter have as well. They love her. In the end, we gained a extremely imaginative trainer, but also a friend. Physically, I am such a better place because of her guidance. You won't be disappointed !!”

She has totally transformed

my outlook on life

“I have Fybromialgia, PTSD and another nuerological condition which has not yet been diagnosed. Before I got these conditions I was an active and outgoing member of my community. My children and I climbed hills and hiked for miles through forests and along beaches. Within the space of a few months I went from that to being almost housebound and relying on the help of carers. That was 5 years ago. Then 3 months ago I started working with Georgi. Twice weekly she has been helping me by teaching me meditation, gentle yoga, relaxation exercises and life coaching. Each time we have a session I tell her what is going on with me and she immediately tailors the session to meet my needs for that day - as a trained teacher myself I have to say that is an incredible talent! In those 3 months I have now gone from walking 400 - 500 steps per day to 2500. I can walk without my walking frame for longer and I have become less reliant on carers. At the very beginning we set 3 long term goals - (1) to walk on a beach, (2) to go away for the weekend in my caravan and (3) to walk to my friend's house - none of which I have done in at least 4 years - and thanks to Georgi's amazing combination of life coaching coupled with her other areas of expertise - I have now achieved all three. I cannot recommend her highly enough she has totally transformed my outlook on life.”
